These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at eomcollectives.com and the consulting services provided by EOM Collectives Consulting Holding Inc. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
EOM Collectives Consulting Holding Inc provides business consulting, marketing strategy, lead generation, and business development services to automotive industry businesses in the United States including auto repair shops, body shops, and automotive equipment retailers. Services are delivered remotely via video call, phone, and email, unless otherwise agreed in writing in a signed Service Agreement.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to engage our services. By purchasing our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.
Monthly Retainers: Billed automatically on the same calendar date each month until cancelled per Section 4. One-Time Projects: Billed 50% upon execution of the Service Agreement and 50% upon delivery of the final deliverable. Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer. All fees are in US Dollars (USD). Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
Monthly retainer agreements may be cancelled by providing written notice to info@eomcollectives.com at least 30 days before the next billing date. Access to services continues through the end of the paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
All strategies, reports, marketing materials, and other deliverables created by EOM Collectives Consulting Holding Inc and delivered to you become your property upon full payment of all applicable fees. Our proprietary methodologies, templates, and internal tools remain our exclusive property.
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we apply professional expertise to all engagements, we do not guarantee specific revenue increases, lead volumes, customer acquisition numbers, or business growth outcomes. Results depend on many factors beyond our control including market conditions, client implementation, and competition.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
